1. Standard Delivery "AT THE DOOR"

• Products: Wine cellars less than 30 kg
• Delivery employees: 1
• Delivery location: At the foot of the building or at the entrance of the residence (sidewalk or gate)
• Delivery window: Full day (between 8 AM and 6 PM)
• Delivery time: 4 to 10 days (depending on the region)
• Cost: Free

The wine cellar is delivered at the foot of your building or at the entrance of your residence. This service does not include handling in staircases or elevators. A delivery appointment will be scheduled by the transport company, for delivery between 8 AM and 6 PM. This option is reserved for cellars less than 30 kg to avoid any reception issues.

2. "Living Room & FLOOR" Delivery

• Products: All products except accessories
• Delivery employees: 2
• Delivery location: In the living room, even if upstairs
• Delivery window: Delivery window chosen at the time of order, with confirmation of the appointment once the transport company has your order. A link will be provided to modify the window if needed.
• Delivery time: 8 to 20 days (depending on the region)
• Cost: Free for wine cellars over 30 kg / €29.90 incl. VAT for wine cellars under 30 kg

This option ensures delivery to the room of your choice, even upstairs, with two delivery employees to ensure careful handling of fragile products. Real-time delivery tracking is available for better management of the appointment.

3. "Installation + COMMISSIONING" Delivery

• Products: All products except accessories
• Delivery employees: 2
• Delivery location: Inside the living room, even on upper floors
• Delivery window: Delivery window chosen at the time of order, with confirmation of the appointment once the transport company receives your order. A link will be provided to modify the window if needed.
• Delivery time: 8 to 20 days (depending on the region)
• Cost: €39.90 incl. VAT

4. Accesorios

Wine cellar accessories are delivered within 4 days by standard carrier (La Poste, Chronopost) free of charge.

This option includes all the services of the "Living Room & Floors" delivery, plus:

• Unpacking the unit at home to check its condition.
• Quick setup to ensure the power connection.
• Removal of packaging for disposal and recycling.

Collecting your old appliance

At the time of purchase, you can request the Collection of your old appliance by mentioning it in the "comments" section or by Ticking the designated box. The Collection will take place at the time of delivery of the new appliance and is free of charge. The request must be made during the order process; otherwise, the collection cannot be arranged.
